Lift top chest with bottom drawer.  Lane manufacturer, probably about 1940.   Signature Bill Russell Studio vinegar paint finish in earth reds with a variety of textural treatments.  Will hold lots of bedding, etc and the bottom drawer give easier access to some items.  Rests on nice ball and claw feet
